individual age 55 or older that completes this course.
Course Information:
The 6-hour course Maine
Risk Awareness Course consists of 8 units, each of which
contains driving safety tips and information regarding Maine
traffic laws. Some of the specific topics covered in the Maine
traffic school course are city vs. freeway driving, driving
under the influence, and vehicle maintenance. Throughout the
Mcourse you will have to complete a series of 10-question
quizzes. The quizzes are in a multiple-choice format and are
based solely on the course material. These quizzes will help you
determine which material you need to go back and review before
attempting the final exam.
Final Exam:
In order to receive your
completion certificate, you must complete a final exam. The
final exam consists of 50 questions regarding the content that
you have read throughout the course. If you do not pass the
final exam, you may retake it at no additional cost.
Completion Certificate:
The manner in which your
Certificate of Completion is delivered differs from court to
court. Unlike most other traffic school courses, the Maine Risk
Awareness Course contains specific information regarding your
completion certificate. We tell you exactly how your court or
insurance company will receive your completion certificate.
